2.1 Information You Provide Directly

• Account information: Name, email address, and password when you create an account.
• Payment information: Billing details processed securely through our third-party payment processor (Stripe). We do not store full credit card numbers.
• Content inputs: Topics, URLs, PDFs, documents, scripts, and any other content you submit to generate podcasts.
• Voice data: If you use our voice cloning feature, we process audio samples you voluntarily upload. These are processed solely to create your personalized AI voice model.

• Usage data: Pages visited, features used, time spent, actions taken within the platform.

Generated podcast content is stored according to your subscription plan (e.g., 180-day storage on Unlimited plans). Upon account deletion, we will delete or anonymize your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

Voice cloning data is retained only as long as you maintain an active voice profile. You may delete your voice profile at any time from your account settings.
